ValueSelector	Expression<Func<TItem, TColumnValue>>	Gets or sets a per-item value provider item => item.X, an alternative to @bind-Value that does not capture the "Columns" context variable (the fragment is materialized only once). Unlike a display-only selector it is a full value provider: it feeds the read access, the sort, the filter, the group and the export. It must be an expression tree (not a Func) so a simple member path stays translatable to a remote query; a computed selector (method call, arithmetic...) works on local data only and makes the column read-only (the value cannot be written back). Mutually exclusive with @bind-Value.

Use this instead of capturing the "Columns" context variable in DisplayFormat (the "Columns" fragment is evaluated only once). Affects the read-only display only (not the export nor the group headers). The selector is also called with a null item for the calculation cell: a selector reading the item must handle null when the grid has a calculation row.
ExportTitle	string	Gets or sets the title used when the column is exported. The column "Title" parameter is used by default.
ExportValueAsString	bool	Force the current value to be reconize as a string.
Exportable	bool	Gets or sets if the column is exportable.
GroupName	string	Gets or sets the column group name. See the LgGroup component for a simplified declaration of column groups.
